Dahej Terminal
Petronet LNG Limited has entered into long term agreement for the entire quantity of 7.5 MMTPA of Regasified-LNG through the Gas Sale & Purchase Agreements with the three Promoters - cum - Offtakers i.e. GAIL (India) Ltd., Indian Oil Corporation Limited and Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (Public Sector Undertakings of the Government of India) in the ratio of 60:30:10 respectively. The three Promoter Companies are classified as "MAHARATNA" Companies of the Government of India considering the strategic nature of their industry and fundamental strengths. For the long term 7.5 MMTPA throughput of Dahej LNG Terminal, GAIL (India) Limited (GAIL), one of the Promoters-cum-Offtakers and Gujarat State Petronet Limited are the transporters of gas.
The three off-takers, GAIL (India) Limited, Indian Oil Corporation Limited (IOCL) and Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited (BPCL) have, in turn, signed the Gas Sales Agreements for the supply of Regasified-LNG with their respective consumers.
Petronet LNG is also meeting RLNG requirement by offering regasification capacities at its terminal to its promoters and bulk consumers like GSPCL and Torrent. The RLNG is being sold by Petronet on Ex-terminal basis.
The RLNG is consumed by the existing consumers falling in the States of Gujarat, Maharashtra, Rajasthan, Uttar Pradesh and various other states through GAIL’s pipeline network consisting of Hazira-Bijaypur-Jagdishpur, Dahej - Uran, Dahej - Vijaipur along with GSPL network.
Kochi Terminal
The company has entered into long term contracts for the entire contracted quantity of 1.4 MMTPA of RLNG by executing Gas Sale & Purchase Agreements with GAIL, IOCL and BPCL in the ratio of 30:30:40 respectively

- Storage & Reloading Facilities
- LNG Bunkering Facilities
- Gassing up & Cooling Down Facilities
The company also supplies LNG through cryogenic tankers to its promoters (GAIL, IOCL and BPCL) and other customers who do not have physical connectivity to gas pipelines from both its terminals
